We have 62 high-precision automatic lathes that can process smaller precision hardware parts,various types of non-standard screws,nuts and fastening bolts etc.
CNC lathe workshop,We have 25 CNC series high-precision automatic machines.The fully automatic core walking machine, can process the length of less than 1500MM long axes.
CNC lathe machine can process large precision hardware products with outer diameter less than 120MM.
CNC machining center can process 450*600MM all kinds of materials of large products.

Our products can be selected by manual and machine.
The appearance of the products is inspected by manual inspection, All smaller products are examined by the Automatic Optical Sorting Machine that Improve the detection speed and accuracy.
We have a perfect testing system.
Our testing laboratory have 18 kinds of testing instrument and equipment, to provide a guarantee for product quality Testing. 2D&3D-projector, plating thickness & Rohs XFR analyzer, Roughness tester, Digital Vickers &Rockwell hardness tester and so on.
The Salt-spray tester test the reliability and stability of samples by the way of salt spray corrosion.
